The Care Free Foundation
The Care Free Foundation is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to relieving poverty among school-aged children in the Anglophone East School District of New Brunswick. We provide brand-new backpacks, school supplies, clothing, and shoes to children in need - ensuring they start the school year with confidence, dignity, and everything they need to succeed.
What began as one teacher buying supplies out of her own pocket has grown into a district-wide initiative. For the 2025-2026 school year, we are committed to helping 150 students. We work hand-in-hand with teachers, guidance counsellors, and school staff to identify the children who need help most - and we make sure every dollar donated goes directly to supporting those children.
